Summer Course on UAS Applications for Environmental Monitoring: Data Preparation and Calibration

We are organizing the first Training Course of the HARMONIOUS COST Action on UAS Data Preparation and Calibration in Reykjavik next September.

The summer school is aimed at students who are currently at the doctoral level, as well as researchers and professionals with a common interest in hydrological monitoring and use of advanced monitoring techniques. The course will focus on applying UAS (both fixed and rotary wing) to measure and repeatedly monitor vegetation state, land cover, surface morphology, and river systems. Students will be directly involved in field experiences that aim to develop practical skills in using this fast growing technology.
