River imagery repository

We would like to promote the recent publication by MOXXI entitled “Advancing river monitoring using image-based techniques: Challenges and opportunities” (https://doi.org/10.1080/02626667.2024.2333846).  This work is a continuation of HARMONIOUS initiatives focusing on the use of camera systems for river monitoring. Within this context, the construction of an imagery repository for YOLO training is promoted. This repository aims to compile a diverse collection of river images showcasing various pollutants or floating materials.

Here, contributors can readily upload images captured from rivers worldwide, thus facilitating the advancement of our research.
